Understanding Tuggs’ Account Policy

Tuggs permits only one account per household or address. This policy is in place to avoid duplicate orders and maintain clear delivery logistics. If a second account is created using the same household address, the following consequences will occur:

  • The duplicate account will be cancelled.

  • Any payments made for orders under the duplicate account will be refunded.

  • To include additional pets, such as another dog, use the existing household account and add the new pet within the “My Dogs” section of the application.

Impact on Existing Deliveries

Canceling a duplicate account does not affect the operations of an existing primary account tied to the same household. Scheduled orders associated with the original account will continue to be delivered as planned without any interruptions. Adhering to this policy helps streamline delivery scheduling and ensures accuracy for all customers using Tuggs’ services.
