If you've forgotten your password, then you can select 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. You can also reach this page by clicking here. Here, you can enter your email address and select the 'Reset Password'. Once selected, you should receive an email to your inbox, with instructions on how to reset your password. If you can't see the email from Tuggs, it is important to check the spam/junk folder in your email inbox as it may be that the email has gone to that folder. Please make a secure note of your new password for future reference.

You are also able to log in to your account using a Magic Link that we can send to your inbox. To do this, click here to get to the login page, and select the 'Log In With Email Link' button. Next, enter your email address in the box provided and select 'Get Log In Link'. You should now receive an email with a link you can click on to log in to your account.
