Upon signing up to Tuggs we’ll ask a variety of questions in order to provide a recommended meal plan for your dog.

We fundamentally believe that you know your dog best. If you feel they need more or less than we suggest, that's not a problem. You can also decide whether you'd like to feed them on just Tuggs, or on a mixture of Tuggs and another food. The steps below will show you how to change your dog’s pouch size:

1. Head to your online account and select ‘My Plan’ from the tab on the left.

2. Select the pencil icon beside the 'Portion Size' box, within the ‘Plan Details’ section of the 'My Plan' screen.

3. You can then adjust the portion size by scrolling left or right and selecting the weight you would like.

4. When you select 'next', you’ll be asked how often you'd like your Tuggs delivered. After you select your preferred option, select 'next'.

5. At this point, you can select which recipes you would like. You'll be told here how many pouches you have available to allocate to each recipe.
