To add a new dog to your plan go to the 'My Dogs' page in your online account (you'll see the option for this on the left hand side). You'll see an 'Add a New Dog' button at the bottom of that page, which you can select.
We’ll ask a few questions (below) in order to accurately update your plan with your new dog’s details:
name
breed
puppy/adult/senior
age
sex
weight in kg
how active they are (less active, active, very active)
whether they have any allergies or health issues
what sort of shape they're in (very skinny, skinny, normal, overweight, chubby)
what their current eating habits are
Once you've created your new dog's profile, you can review our recalculations to our current plan and make any changes if necessary.
Please note that we have a 20kg weight limit on an order, so adding a dog may mean that we’ll need to alter the frequency of your deliveries to keep within this weight limit.
