Simple steps to reactivate your Tuggs plan

Welcome back to the ruffolution!

To restart your deliveries, log in to your account with your email address and password and head to your account dashboard.

You'll see a green button button where it says 'Reactivate Plan'. After clicking this, follow the steps to reactivate.

Once reactivated, your next delivery will be automatically scheduled, which you can see on your dashboard homepage, but the date can be changed, depending on what suits you best. If anything has changed since your last box, you can also update your dog’s plan. Once that’s done, you and your pooch can celebrate the return of wagging tails!
