To adjust the number of pouches in your box, follow these steps:
Go to your 'My Plan' page, in your online account, where your plan is displayed. Scroll down to the 'Plan Items' section
Click the 'Update Recipes' button
You can then update the recipes that you'd like in your plan!
If you'd like to change your portion size (the number of pouches in each order)
Go to your 'My Plan' page, in your online account, where your plan is displayed. Scroll down to the 'Plan Items' section
Click the 'Update Details button
When you select 'next', you’ll be asked how often you'd like your Tuggs delivered. After you select your preferred option, select 'next'.
At this point, you can also select which recipes you would like. You'll be told here how many pouches you have available to allocate to each recipe.
Please note, if you wish to remove a specific recipe without replacing it, follow the steps above, save your changes, and then adjust your dog's recipe selection. You can amend all the recipes within your plan by scrolling down the 'My Plan' page to the 'RECIPES' section. Select the pencil icon here, and you can adjust your selection of recipes according to your allocation.
