Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. This is due to logistical reasons as orders are prepared for courier collection. On any given day, our packing team works with hundreds of boxes which are then placed on large pallets in the warehouse, ready to be collected by our couriers. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to locate and remove a single box from these pallets once it's been packed.
You can make changes to your plan up until midnight two days before your delivery date (ie if you have a delivery scheduled for a Tuesday, you can make changes until midnight on Sunday). After this time your order will be processed and we are unable to make any changes, or cancel, your order. We aren't able to take pouches back or exchange them once they have been sent.
However, you can cancel your plan to halt future orders. This can be done from the Dashboard section of your online account.
