Our subscription is highly flexible, allowing cancellation anytime. via the 'Cancel Plan' option within the Dashboard of your online account.
We send email reminders prior to the processing of any scheduled delivery, allowing you to make necessary adjustments or cancellations in time.
Simply head to your account and select the 'Cancel Plan' option. From here you can pause your deliveries for up to 8 weeks or cancel your plan altogether.
Here's a quick guide to cancel your subscription effectively:
Log Into Your Account: Use your Tuggs account credentials to log into the app or website.
Navigate to 'Cancel Plan': Find the Cancel Plan section in the account menu.
Cancel Your Subscription: Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel the active subscription.
Confirm Cancellation: Ensure you save or confirm the cancellation request to prevent further delivery charges.
To avoid charges for deliveries you no longer need, proactively manage your subscription by regularly monitoring email notifications, adjusting plans as necessary, and taking action before the cutoff date for changes.

Please note that we are unable to cancel plans via email, and you must cancel through your online account yourself if you wish to stop the subscription. This is because our team is not always manning our email inbox, and so we are unable to make changes to customers' accounts when the team is out of office. During office hours we are able to make account changes via phone.
