Managing Subscriptions, Returns, and Refunds at Tuggs

Efficiently managing your Tuggs subscriptions is essential to ensure a smooth delivery of your pet food and provide flexibility in adjusting or canceling orders when necessary. Below, you’ll find the general policies and important guidelines for handling subscription management, returns, and refunds.

General Rules for Subscription Management

  • Recurring Deliveries: When you sign up for a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries based on your selected schedule.

  • Delivery Scheduling and Reminders: Delivery dates are clearly displayed at checkout, and reminder emails are sent prior to the processing of your next order. These reminders give you time to make any adjustments to your subscription.

Policies on Returns and Refunds

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of the product, perishable dog food, our product cannot be returned once it has been delivered. Customers are encouraged to review their orders and make necessary changes before the cutoff date.

  • Refund Requests: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to provide refunds. This is due to logistical reasons as orders are prepared for courier collection. On any given day, our packing team works with hundreds of boxes which are then placed on large pallets in the warehouse, ready to be collected by our couriers. Unfortunately, there's no way for us to locate and remove a single box from these pallets once it's been packed.

Deadlines and Exceptions

  • Cancellation Deadlines: All order changes, including cancellations, must be completed before midnight, two days prior to your delivery date. This is to allow adequate preparation time for your order. So, for example, if your delivery date is a Tuesday, changes must be made by midnight Sunday.
