As our food is frozen you’ll need to keep the pouches frozen when travelling, or you can keep the pouches refrigerated for 5 days unopened.

Many Tuggsters will keep their recent Tuggs delivery box with the Puffin Packaging insulation and use this to store their meals whilst travelling. This method will keep the food frozen for 24h and chilled for up to 48h (most useful if travelling by car!). The pouches need to be fully frozen before travelling, and the insulation/box fully sealed.

Alternatively, if you're travelling within the UK, we can send a box of meals to the address that you're staying at during your trip, to avoid having to bring anything with you. Once the meals have thawed, they can remain chilled (unopened) for up to 5 days, so if you only have access to a fridge, but no freezer, that shouldn’t be much of an issue.
