I received 2 boxes on the same day?

If a delivery date has been selected for a date that a box is already scheduled for then you may have placed 2 orders for the same date. Please do reach out to us (email [email protected], call 0204 538 0204, or message us on Live Chat via our website).

As you would have received an additional box, you can look at pushing your next box back to give you time to get through the second box of pouches. You can do this by logging into your online account here, and making the changes within your Dashboard. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you have mistakenly ordered 2 boxes for the same day as we are unable to accept returns.
