If we were to send just one or two pouches in a box it is likely that the pouches would spoil during transit as the internal temperature of the box would not remain constant.

However, don’t worry! Upon joining Tuggs, a trial box will be provided to kickstart your dog's transition smoothly. Throughout this period, our specialised transition team will be available for assistance. Upon box arrival, expect a call to ensure everything is going well and to adjust your account if needed.

The trial box duration varies based on your plan, lasting either 1 or 2 weeks. You'll have the option to choose trial recipes during signup, which can later be modified through your dashboard for subsequent deliveries.
