How to update your delivery instructions

We want to make sure your order arrives safely with you and your pup. If you have any requests for your delivery driver, you can provide delivery instructions (such as a safe place, or a request to deliver to a neighbour) when you order.

You can also include additional instructions on your Tuggs account under. Please ensure this is done before the cut off time for your next box to allow time for our team to be able to add these to your delivery label.

To add these through our website. Once you are logged in, just click on the ‘Addresses’ section from the left, then scroll down to the ‘Shipping Address’ section. If you click ‘Change’, you will then see a box available to leave default delivery instructions for the driver (for example “If no answer please leave round the side behind wheelie bin”/”If no answer please leave with neighbour at number 3”.
