Photos of the object
Photos of the batch number of the packing the object was found in and the cooked-on-date and cook time of the pouch (all these details can be found printed on the pouch label)
Photos of the packing itself
Description of the size of the object
If possible, please also describe the texture of it
Please keep the item until you hear back from us, just in case we would ask you to send it to us.
