How frustrating! If you've retrieved the box, inform our Customer Love team, and we'll liaise with the courier to prevent future occurrences. If the box remains unaccounted for, please contact us for further assistance, via email ([email protected]), phone (0204 538 0208), or Live Chat on our website.

Our team will then contact the courier to see if the driver can collect and re-deliver the box to you. Our deliveries are insulated for up to 48 hours in transit, so even if the meals thaw they are completely safe to refreeze as long as they are cold to the touch.
