In the first instance, we recommend checking the DPD app or the email tracking link from DPD to see if there is photo proof of the delivery or GPS coordinates.
In the event that you cannot find your delivery, please contact our Customer Love team via email ([email protected]) or Live Chat on our website, and we'll assist you in locating it.
For future deliveries, please ensure you have added your delivery instructions through the DPD App.
