What to do if your box is late or delayed by 24 hours

Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within 24h, sometimes circumstances outside of our control mean that the courier may delay your order. However, if there is a delay don’t worry - our boxes remain insulated for up to 48 hours during transit. Even if the meals defrost, as long as they remain cold to the touch upon arrival, they are safe to refreeze. We've extensively tested this and are fully confident in the safety of our meals.

Alternatively, you can refrigerate the pouches for up to a week, or two days once opened.
