Once your order is shipped we'll send a wee confirmation email followed by another from our courier, DPD, containing the tracking details. They will provide you with an hour window on the morning of your delivery so you can put barriers in place to protect the postman from an excited dog!
Through the DPD tracking link you can also set your delivery instructions such as your preferred safe place or neighbour to leave the box if you are not in. However, for more comprehensive options such as disabling the 'leave with neighbour' feature or selecting a highly specific safe place, you should log into your DPD account via their portal or mobile app and update your preferences directly. Follow these steps:

Remember, while the app enables tracking and basic instruction setting, Tuggs does not have the ability to influence or modify delivery preferences directly.
