Changing your upcoming delivery date

You can make changes to your plan up until midnight two days before your delivery date (ie if you have a delivery scheduled for a Tuesday, you can make changes until midnight on Sunday). After this time your order will be processed and we are unable to make any changes, or cancel, your order.

Each day, our packing team handles numerous boxes, arranging them on large wooden pallets in the warehouse for courier collection. Unfortunately, once packed, it's impossible to single out and remove a specific box from these pallets.

However, fret not! We always dispatch email reminders before each box delivery to remind you of your upcoming delivery and provide ample time to make changes.

If you'd like to make a change to your next delivery (assuming the cut off time has not passed) then you can do so by visiting the 'My Plan' section of your account and updating the delivery date under the 'Plan Details' section (by clicking the pencil icon beside the next order delivery date)

Important: As our food is perishable we do not accept returns of any product.
