You can make changes to your plan up until 5am the day before your delivery date. After this time your order will be processed and we are unable to make any changes, or cancel, your order.

Each day, our packing team handles numerous boxes, arranging them on large wooden pallets in the warehouse for courier collection. Unfortunately, once packed, it's impossible to single out and remove a specific box from these pallets.

However, fret not! We always dispatch email reminders before each box delivery to remind you of your upcoming delivery and provide ample time to make changes.

Important: As our food is perishable we do not accept returns of any product.
