If your box hasn’t arrived please contact our customer love team via [email protected] or by the live chat on the website and we’ll look into the issue immediately.
If we find there has been an issue with the delivery then we will send a replacement box. Please note, replacement boxes cannot be ordered if you've already received a replacement in your last three deliveries, if it's been more than 4 days since the original delivery was due, or if the original delivery date has not yet passed.
