We can deliver every 1-6 weeks, depending on your plan. We do have a 20kg weight limit on orders meaning larger breeds may be limited to delivery every 1-2 weeks. You’ll be able to see all available options at checkout or on your dashboard.

Our plans are super flexible and the delivery date can be changed easily. For example, if you choose to have a box sent every 4 weeks but find that you need the meals sooner you can log in to your online account and bring your next box forward by selecting ‘Make Changes’ from within your online dashboard.

Upon signup, we dispatch a trial box (either 1 or 2 weeks worth of food, depending on your plan) to give you the chance to try out our recipes and transition your dog. The trial period allows you and your dog ample time to try the food. We'll include a Welcome Booklet with guidance on how to transition them over to Tuggs, and further guidance can be found in our article here. Tuggs operates on a rolling subscription, automatically scheduling a second box 1 or 2 weeks after the trial period, depending on the trial size received. You can adjust this date in your online account until the cut-off point, which is 5am the day before.
