UK Highlands and Islands:
For the Highlands and Islands we need to use a 2 day delivery service at a fixed £4.99 fee (with a reduced rate of £3.99 for first orders). This means we can only ship orders on a Monday or Tuesday for delivery on a Wednesday or Thursday.
