Don’t worry if you won’t be home when your Tuggs box is scheduled to arrive! Our boxes are shipped in wool insulation meaning that the pouches remain cool for up to 48 hours in transit. As long as the pouches are cool to touch once you receive them they can be refrozen, and you can pop any that have begun to defrost in the fridge too.

Our courier, DHL, will always email you an estimated delivery timeslot in the morning of your delivery date.
