What if my payment fails?

We understand that cards might be lost/stolen, or perhaps your pre-paid card hasn’t been topped up yet. If your order is scheduled but payment fails, we will email and text you to notify you of the issue. You can then log into your account and retry the payment, updating your card details if required. We will also retry the card payment 3 more times on subsequent days for you.
