Upon signup, we dispatch a trial box (either 1 or 2 weeks worth of food, depending on your plan) to give you the chance to try out our recipes and transition your dog. During this time, our customer love team will give you a call to help you transition your dog and talk you through your account.

With Tuggs being a subscription, you're automatically enrolled for recurring deliveries. However, you can cancel your plan at any time as well as adjusting your delivery frequency (ranging from weekly to every 6 weeks, based on your dog's needs and your storage capacity). Individual box delivery dates can also be modified as needed, and we’re always on hand to help if you have any questions!
