Upon joining Tuggs, a trial box will be provided to kickstart your dog's transition smoothly. Throughout this period, our specialised transition team will be available for assistance. Upon box arrival, expect a call to ensure everything is going well and to adjust your account if needed.
In our trial box, we will send you around 10 days of recipes for you to trial over a 14 day period. You'll have the option to choose which recipes you'd like to try during the signup process, and this selection can later be modified through your dashboard for subsequent deliveries.
You can also customize your trial box by swapping specific recipes you dislike with others and adjusting shipment sizes by modifying daily percentage allocations in your plan, tailoring the experience to your needs.
Please be aware: once the trial box order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible. However, you can pause your plan to halt future orders.
Also, please note that only one trial box is permitted per household, as subsequent orders require transitioning to regular plans.
